Delivery and Returns


Delivery Options:
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (2-5 days untrackable) for orders placed before 1.00pm Mon-Thurs - £3.95
UK Next Day Delivery Guaranteed orders placed before 1.00pm Mon-Thurs - £8.95
International up to 10 working days - £12.50

We use reputable 3rd party delivery companies to ensure your order reaches you safely. Note: If your item is lost or stolen in transit, Royal Mail or the carrier company will be responsible for compensation claims.

Delivery Information:
Please be aware that someone will need to sign for the delivery of your purchase between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm. Failure to provide an address where someone can sign for your goods, or requesting a delivery address to be changed while your goods are in transit, will result in extra delivery charges being made (Next Day Guaranteed only). Goods cannot be left safe or posted through your door for security reasons.

UK Deliveries:
Orders placed on Friday before 1:00pm for Next Day Guaranteed delivery will be delivered on Monday.
Any order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

International Deliveries:
All orders will be delivered within 10 working days.

Returning goods to Love Hair Extensions


In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. For an exchange, or for a credit note that is valid for 6 months, you have 28 days from day of receipt to return goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all hair extensions, wigs, ponytails and accessories cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and your details. Complete the Returns Form that is in your parcel or download a Returns Form here. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to. Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes all un-tampered packaging.  All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes as un-saleable items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
